In my group there are four people in total - myself, Morgana Williams , Aimee Baker, Fred Bools. we have come together to work out our strenghs in order to help in working together for our piece.
These are :
Morgana-creative IE for story lines, good with music technology
Aimee-organised, can make sure people are on task that the project is moving forward all the time and can oversee everything.work well in photoshop.
Fred- All rounder, can multitask, good at writing IE for scripts.previous work with lighting and sound in school drama which could benefit the piece.
Me- can work with most cameras, organised.
There are also some drawbacks:
Morgana- that sometimes doesn't voice her ideas when they are good but we will work on this to make sure they are heard.
Aimee-have to get her point across and will make people listen to overcome this we will have to make sure everyone gets their say.
Fred-he has a short attention span to overcome this we will make sure he is actively involved.
Me-is a perfectionist so will spend too long on items to overcome this i will be given a time limit by the group in which if i do not complete a particular task then i will have to move on with something else.
With all of these components we will use these to make our project move smoothly and progress forward in order to work well together.
