Editing

For my coursework i realise that editing is an important factor in filming as it enables the film to flow without the viewers realising that the editing is there. Due to this i have notice that the types of editing i use for my piece are important. From looking at this document from Totton Ilearn,

i have learnt that the editing i should most avoid would be the wipe. This would be because i feel that it would not benefit my piece as it could look unprofessional. However, i feel that i would need to be aware of the eye line match especially as my piece is between two people otherwise it would not look realistic. To make sure i do this, i feel that the use of continuity editing is important.
